"A weed is no more than a flower in disguise." -James Russell Lowell
We have had many joyous days and nights just sitting around in my room at mine and Christina's flat. This relaxed atmosphere where the meeting of the minds collectively shared endless conversation, ideas, and cheers. It may not appear to be anything substantial to the outside eye, but they are not illusions of sentiment to those who were present. The echoes of laughter continues to permeate our nostalgic minds. Every bizarre piece of imagery presented is symbolic, vis-à-vis Jennifer's room.
Ah yes, the notorious red chair. This IKEA chair was sat upon by many, but especially by Aaron and Morgan. They both thought it was their designated spot. What they didn't realize until much later, was that they had been visiting Jennifer's room coincindentally at opposite times. It brings flashbacks of memories of us watching documentaries together, watching That 70's Show, eating pasta, m&ms, and stroopwafels (delicious Dutch treat), sharing our deep philosophical thoughts, Dane Cook standup, Bushisms, and conspiracy theory.
The black pillow became an object of desire as well. "She" was quite affectionate and welcoming to say the least. She was successful in her attempts to maintain residence in Den Haag. She hopped on the tram (tram 17) one breezy overcast day, and was never to be seen again.

"I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully."
This was the calendar that hung proudly on my bedroom wall, compliments of DUWO. Each month displayed images such as dirty socks, unwashed pots and pans, etc. I wasn't sure if I should be insulted or amused...However, I found it highly amusing.
"Most people don't see the world as it is.....they see it as they are."
"Don't simply seek interesting surroundings, but be continually interested in whatever surrounds you."
Lyrics- "Tattoo" by Jordin Sparks
No matter what you say about love
I keep coming back for more
Keep my hand in the fire
Sooner or later, I'll get what I'm asking for
No matter what you say about life
I learn every time I bleed
That truth is a stranger
Soul is in danger, I gotta let my spirit be free
To admit that I'm wrong
And then change my mind
Sorry but I have to move on
And leave you behind
I can't waste time so give it a moment
I realize, nothing's broken
No need to worry 'bout everything I've done
Live every second like it was my last one
Don't look back at a new direction
I loved you once, needed protection
You're still a part of everything I do
You're on my heart just like a tattoo
(Just like a tattoo, I'll always have you
I'll always have you, I'll always have you)
